Cowboy Up! Be Part of the CCCA Rodeo Volunteer Team

It takes a mighty fine team to pull off the Coweta County Cattlemen’s Association Annual Rodeo, more than 100 hardworking volunteers saddled up to make it happen last year. From ranchers and teachers to doctors, lawyers, students, and families, folks from all walks of life pitch in to support this legendary event and its mission to give back to the community.
We’re downright grateful for your interest in joining the team! The CCCA Rodeo wouldn’t be the well-oiled machine it is today without the grit, heart, and elbow grease of our volunteers. Your dedication helps keep this tradition alive and makes a big difference in our neck of the woods.
We hope you’ll be part of the action again this year!

How to Volunteer

Ready to join the CCCA Rodeo Team? Start by filling out the form below. Add as many checks in the boxes as you would like. The deadline to sign up is Tuesday, April 15th, so don’t miss out!

As a token of our appreciation, all volunteers will receive a FREE CCCA Rodeo Volunteer T-Shirt. When you arrive at the rodeo, you’ll also be given a special Volunteer Rodeo PIN—a badge of honor to wear with cowboy or cowgirl pride. This pin represents the grit and dedication you bring to making the rodeo a success.

Special Note: You can sign up to volunteer until May 1, but registering by April 15 helps ensure we get the right shirt size for you!

Volunteer Kick-Off: ALL THINGS RODEO

Join us at the Coweta Cattlemen’s Dinner on Monday, May 5th, at 6:30 PM for our special ALL THINGS RODEO program. This event is a great opportunity for volunteers to:

• Enjoy dinner with fellow rodeo supporters.
• Learn about the upcoming Rodeo and what’s new this year.
• Pick up your FREE Volunteer T-Shirt

Spread the Word!

Ticket sales hit the trail on Saturday, March 1st. Sports Illustrated Tickets has partnered with us to help us promote and sell tickets. So let your friends and kinfolk know to grab theirs while the gettin’s good.
