Welcome to the Coweta County Cattlemen’s Association (CCCA)! Established in 1949 in Newnan, Georgia, we are proud to be the oldest cattlemen’s association among Georgia’s 159 counties. 2024 we celebrated our 75th Anniversary, a testament to our enduring commitment to the cattle industry and the promotion of BEEF. As stewards of the land and the animals, we are dedicated to preserving our agricultural heritage. We also take pride in supporting Coweta’s youth and serving our community with unwavering dedication.

The Coweta County Cattlemen’s Association’s primary fundraising event is the CCCA Rodeo. Established in 1990 and hosted every May, it has become an extremely popular event, selling out many times. In 2019, the International Professional Rodeo Association recognized the CCCA Rodeo as one of the Top 5 Outdoor Rodeos in the USA and Canada. When you walk through the gates of the CCCA Rodeo, you’ll be entertained by over 300 top pro rodeo athletes showcasing the talents and skills of working cowboys and cowgirls. Between the thrilling competitions, enjoy fantastic specialty acts that captivate audiences of all ages. In 2025, we’re excited to announce the addition of a third day to the Rodeo, enhancing the experience and bringing even more excitement to this cherished tradition. The CCCA Rodeo is more than just entertainment—it funds college scholarships and provides financial support for many of our community programs. Join us for a great time, celebrate the western sport, and help support our community!

Coweta County Cattlemen’s Association have also been named the Local Chapter of the Year by the Georgia Cattlemen’s Association 5 times and awarded the Georgia Cattlemen’s Association Annual Beef Promotion Award.

Join us the first Monday of each month (except for July), for the Coweta County Cattlemen’s Association meetings for a delicious beef dinner, networking with the membership and an educational program.
