RULES:
1) Steaks will be provided by the Coweta County Cattleman’s Association.
2) Preparation time starts at 6:00 p.m. Marinating/seasoning must be complete by 6:20 p.m. and entry must be on the grill by 6:30 p.m. and must be ready for judging at 7:00 p.m.
3) All entries are to be grilled on gas or charcoal grills for the competition.
* Contestant must provide his or her own grill.
4) All dishes must be original and owned exclusively by the contestant.
5) Competitors must check in with the coordinator upon arrival. You will be assigned a Competitor Number and provided a form for writing down your recipe or other comments about your entry.
6) Judging will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
* By participating, entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the 8 judges, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Cook-off Contest.
Judging Criteria:
Taste – 60 Points
Ease of Preparation – 10 Points
Appearance – 30 Points

2nd Place – $250

* Awarded by a representative of the Coweta County Cattlemen’s Assoc., in the form of a check, immediately following judging
