Set-up Information:

Concessions may be brought to the Rodeo site at the Coweta Fairgrounds as early
as Thursday of Rodeo week, but no later than 4:00pm on Friday, or if exhibiting
only on Saturday, 4:00pm on Saturday.
Vendor is responsible for own loading and unloading.

Take-down information:

Concessions must be removed no later than the Monday following the rodeo.
Vendors are responsible for securing their merchandise and equipment.

Vendor Fees:

First Come, First Serve
Merchandise / Marketing: $150 per day
Food /Refreshments: $150 per day
Amusements: $150 per day
Fees are payable daily.

In the unlikely event of duplication of vendor services, the Cattlemen’s Association reserves the right to make a vendor selection. In making this selection priority will generally be given to product/service quality, local interest, and past participation in the Cattlemen’s Rodeo.
