Day of Arrival: Look for Polaris with a Vendor Sign in the back window around the vendor set-up area. You will receive your location and booth information.

Move-In Early: Starts Wednesday, May 14 at 10 AM to 5 PM. If your trailer is longer that 24 foot or booth space is larger than 400 sq. feet this is your time slot. All small booths are welcome during this time, too. Contact us for any special needs on move-in.

Check-In Deadline: Thursday, May 15 at 10 AM to 2 PM. Small booths may set up today. Everyone will need to be set-up, autos moved and ready to go by 2 PM. Gates Open at 5 PM.

Nightly Shut down: Must stay open until the end of the rodeo so pedestrians can make final purchases/pickups.

Move-Out Timeline: All booth breakdown must be confined to booth space. No vehicles in the booth area until after Rodeo unless otherwise notified. Vendor booths must be removed no later than Monday following the Rodeo.

General Information:
• Always follow directions given by Security Officers, Show Staff and Rodeo Vendor Committee members.
• Please do not, at any time, completely block aisles, roads, or doorways with vehicles, trailers, merchandise, or booth materials.
• Vehicles are only allowed in the fenced-in area during move-in times. You must remove your vehicle from the fenced-in area after it is unloaded.

Parking: One vehicle parking space for each booth near the venue. Please carpool if you can.

Booth Composition: Vendors are responsible for providing their entire booth display, including chairs, tables, and all fixtures. Vendors are responsible for own loading and unloading. Vendors are responsible for securing their merchandise and equipment.

Booth Name Sign: Each vendor shall prepare and hang their own sign indicating booth name. The sign must hang within your space unless an exception is made by the Vendor Chairman.
Great signage is great business! Mark your booth space well, so our Rodeo visitors can find you and remember you.

Generators: Vendors must bring your own generators. There are no plug-in outlets around the arena.

Extension Cords: All extension cords should be hidden from the general public. This includes both inside and outside the booth space. If extension cords are needed, they must be secured with tape.

Marketing Material: We encourage you to have business cards on hand to give out. Many people buy online so you can benefit by including your website address on your business cards. We encourage you to bring feathered flags to stand up around your booth to bring attention to your booth. These flags can only stay within your designated space, NOT around the venue or arena, this is highly monitored.

Trash: All trash must be removed from the vendor’s booth space and placed inside the provided receptacles. Vendors must leave their booth space as they found it. Any vendor that has trash remaining after move-out may forfeit participation in future CCCA Rodeos.

Weather: This is an outdoor event; make provisions to protect your set-up and stock from the sun, wind, inclement weather, flooding, etc. (NO REFUNDS)

Service Providers: For information or any issues with move-in, reach out to Rodeo Vendor Committee Chairman 770.328.1480 to report the issue.
